"I cannot recommend a day in the forest led by lovely Delyth highly enough. Time to slow everything right down and connect to yourself through nature. Time to reflect. To awaken your senses. To be at One with the forest, Mother Nature. Time to open your eyes. No distractions. No rush. No pressure.
Delyth creates a safe and nurturing space, intuitively she guides you. The whole experience is just bliss".
Rediscover inner calm and peace, and a sense of reconnection to Self, Others, the Earth and the beauty that is all around you.
I look forward to sharing Shinrin Yoku with you.
Warmest, Delyth.
Forest Therapy Practitioner
Forest Bathing is a natural practice and one that can feel very enlivening, inspiring and connecting.
Proven to reduce stress hormone cortisol while promoting NK cells, part of our innate immunity. The practice supports healing, soothing and gently nourishing the mind and body.
A restorative practice that guides the nervous system to safely move from sympathetic (fight, flight, freeze) to parasympathetic (rest and digest).
This time “being” supports an ease in the body, a break from the rush, the distraction, the busyness.
Sensory connection brings you back into the body in a safe and accessible way, connecting you with the atmosphere of the woodland, the trees and the living creatures there.
One session can help in lessening symptoms of stress and anxiety, feelings of loneliness, sadness, fatigue, while supporting overall wellbeing and a sense of belonging.
